Rainbow Springs Kiwi Wildlife Park

Rainbow Springs Kiwi Wildlife Park has been a favourite destination since 1932. Spread over 22 acres of parkland, Rainbow Springs offers a truely unique experience, and is a must-see for anyone who wants to get to know New Zealand's wonderful environment and animals, both during the day and at night. Your ticket allows unlimited entry for 24 hours so there is no additional charge to visit the nocturnal animals.

Paradise Valley Springs Wildlife Park

Relax and enjoy the freshness of this beautifully maintained park as you stroll along superb walkways which are pushchair and wheelchair friendly. The Ngongotaha Stream meanders gently through the park, attracting around 20,000 trout annually for spawning. Host to New Zealand's largest trout display, Paradise Valley Springs is home to Brown, Rainbow and American Brook Trout ranging in age from fingerlings through to adults up to 12 years of age. A fantastic underwater viewing cave provides a great opportunity to observe the trout up close. Enormous native long finned eels up to a staggering 80 years of age also call Paradise home.

Agrodome Sheep Show and Farm Tour

An award winning live sheep show which includes a display of New Zealand's 19 most popular sheep breeds, working sheep dogs, sheep shearing and cow milking demonstration. There's also a chance to feed baby lambs and take part in a New Zealand sheep auction.

Join the inter-active Agrodome Farm Tour, a tractor-drawn trailer will take you on a leisurely trip around the 350-acre farm surrounding the Agrodome complex. See sheep, cows, deer, emus, alpaca, pigs and ostrich in a real farm environment. The tour allows for numerous opportunities to pat and feed the animals. You will also visit our Organic Orchard to see how Kiwifruit and other fruit are grown and get to taste some honey and Kiwifruit juice.
